The purpose of the agreement is for the county to pay a portion of the Minimum Revenue Guaranteed funds to CRAFT for payments to SkyWest Airlines to provide scheduled flight service between Cheyenne and Denver. The county shall pay CRAFT up to $500,000 for FY24.
