The purpose of the agreement is for the county to pay a portion of the Minimum Revenue Guaranteed funds to CRAFT for payments to SkyWest Airlines to provide scheduled flight service between Cheyenne and Denver. The county shall pay CRAFT up to $253,571.40 for FY26.
