Consideration of an addendum to the UGAAP license order form and master license agreement between Laramie County, WY, and UGAAP, LLC, to provide software for tracking and reporting leases under GASB 87 and 96. The agreement shall remain in full force and effect for three years with the option to extend for additional three-year terms or until terminated in accordance with the agreement.
