Consideration of four separate equipment/electricity contracts between Laramie County, WY, and Gloria Merrill, Dan Cathcart, Brandon Scott, and Bill Vossler to provide electricity on an as-needed basis to heat Laramie County Public Works equipment. These agreements shall commence July 1, 2018 and remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2019.
