Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Investigation, to provide the Sheriff's Dept. one livescan fingerprint machine for fingerprinting individuals and transmitting fingerprint images to DCI at no cost. The Sheriff's Dept. will pay the vendor annual support and maintenance costs for software upgrades associated with the machine after the first year.
