Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Capitol Counseling, LLC, for the purpose of modifying agreement (161018-02). Section III of the original agreement shall remain the same with the addition of $50 per hour for mental health services at the Laramie County Detention Center upon request and/or as needed for no more than 20 hours per week.
