Consideration of a resolution approving the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice for a 2019 Justice Assistance grant in the amount of $45,419 with no matching funds. If successful, the City of Cheyenne Police Department will receive $32,919 for National Incident Based Reporting software and overtime enforcement. The Laramie County Sheriff's Office will receive $12,500 for National Incident Based Reporting software and a de-escalation training program for patrol officers.
