Resolution to approve bid of TMI Coatings, Inc. for the removal, packaging, handling, transportation and disposal of lead-containing materials and lead-contaminated materials followed by the painting of exterior exposed surfaces, including surface preparation, priming and finish coats and all incidental items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications at the West Allis Farmers Market located at 6501 W. National Ave. in the City of West Allis in the amount of $426,400.
