- 7 The APPEAL of Ron Gouin for a dimensional variance from section 22.61(4)(b) of the zoning code. If granted, the variance will allow a second story porch entrance at 610 W. College Ave. to be reconstructed and expanded with a setback of less than one foot from the street side lot line when the width of the side yard adjoining the side street lot line shall not be less than 8 feet on a substandard corner lot which existed on or before December 5, 1957.
- 8 The APPEAL of Jose Hugo Benitez for multiple dimensional variances from Section 22.58 of the zoning code. If granted, the variance will allow two sheds to remain where they were constructed at 2008 W. St. Paul Ave., one in the side yard and the other with an area of approximately 339 square feet, when no more than one accessory building shall be erected on a lot in any residential district when the principal dwelling has an attached garage, when only one accessory building is permitted it shall not exceed 150 square feet in area, and when accessory uses and detached accessory structures shall be permitted in the rear yard only, not in a street yard or side yard.
- 9 The APPEAL of Alan Haehle for a dimensional variance from Section 22.58(1)(b) of the zoning code. If granted, the variance will allow a new shed to be built in a street yard at 3001 Walden Cir., when accessory uses and detached accessory structures shall be permitted in the rear yard only, not in a street yard or side yard
