- A. Approve the December 4, 2023, Building and Grounds meeting Minutes.
- 5. Discussion and Recommendation re:
- A. Update parking zone on Grand Avenue between College Avenue and the railroad tracks from 1 hour to 3 hours.
- B. To review and update the signage around Guthrie Road and Mohawk Lane. There are School Crossing signs nearby, but no school (apparently their used to be one), and folks are frequently running the Stop sign, would like to see "Stop Ahead" signs in place of the current School Crossing signs.
- C. Please evaluate the on-street parking along River Valley Road from USH 18 thru the second curve to the south.
- D. Establish no parking on the southwest side of Fuller Street directly across from Ann Street from November 1 to April 1.
- E. Review the turn lanes at the end of Summit Avenue and Morgan Avenue.
- F. Install a no engine braking sign for westbound Moreland Boulevard west of Manhattan Drive.
- 6. Communications and Referrals
- A. Current Building and Grounds Budget.
