- A. Approval of February 5, 2024, Building and Grounds meeting Minutes.
- 5. Discussion and Recommendation re:
- A. Update parking zone on Grand Avenue between College Avenue and the railroad tracks from 1 hour to 3 hours.
- B. Update intersection control at North Hartwell Avenue and Lincoln Avenue from traffic signal controlled to stop controlled at Lincoln Avenue once the median is installed on North Hartwell Avenue from East Broadway to the driveway on North Hartwell Avenue for #500 Lincoln Avenue.
- C. Establish no parking on the west side of North Hartwell Avenue from East Broadway to 120' north of Lincoln Avenue (YMCA driveway).
- D. Establish no parking on the east side of North Hartwell Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to 110' north of Lincoln Avenue (driveway of #515 North Hartwell Avenue).
- E. Establish no parking on the south side of Meadow Lane from North Grandview Boulevard (CTH T) to 275’ west of North Grandview Boulevard (Kwik Trip driveway).
- F. Reassess the no parking on the north side of Madison Street east of Cecila Court for potential improvements to the no parking zone.
