- 7 The APPEAL of Gregg Mashack for a dimensional variance from Section 22.53(2)(a)(1) of the Zoning Code. If granted, this variance would allow for the construction of a shed in the rear yard, with a setback of less than 5 feet to the lot line at 412 E St Paul Ave, when accessory structures shall be located no closer than five (5) feet to a lot line. AND the APPEAL of Gregg Mashack for a dimensional variance from Section 22.53(3)(e)(1) of the Zoning Code. If granted, this variance would allow for the construction of a parking space in the side yard of 412 E St Paul Ave, less than one foot from the public right of way, when parking areas shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from all lot lines.
- 8 The APPEAL of Craig Kasseckert for a dimensional variance from Section 22.58(2)(d) of the Zoning Code. If granted, the variance would allow for the reconstruction of a deck in the rear yard of 1110 School Dr, extending 20 feet into the required rear yard setback, when decks may project a distance not to exceed ten (10) feet into any required rear yard.
