If granted, the variance will allow for the construction of a single-family dwelling at Parcel WAKC1311092, located on the west-end of Woodfield Circle, with a rear yard setback of forty-two (42) feet, eight (8) inches, when the rear yard shall have a setback of no less than forty-five (45) feet.
