- 3. Substitute resolution relating to the application for, acceptance, and expenditure of a grant from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Site Assessment Grant Program on behalf of FIT Investment Group, LLC.
- 4. An ordinance relating to property deconstruction.
- 5. Substitute resolution authorizing acceptance of an unsolicited offer to purchase for the City-owned tax deed property located at 8621 West Lisbon Avenue, in the 5th Aldermanic District.
- 6. Resolution authorizing the sale of the City-owned tax deed property at 1606 West Walnut Street, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
- 7. A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from a Detailed Planned Development known as Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin to a new Detailed Planned Development known as Veterans Community Project to allow a tiny homes development on 6767 North 60th Street, located on the west side of North 60th Street, south of West Green Tree Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
- 8. Resolution approving a final Certified Survey Map for land located on the south side of West Green Tree Road and west of North 60th Street to dedicate land for public street purposes, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
- 9. Resolution dissolving Tax Incremental District No. 88 (4th and Wisconsin) and authorizing the City Comptroller to distribute excess incremental revenue to overlying taxing districts, in the 4th Aldermanic District.

Substitute resolution relating to a Minor Modification to the Detailed Planned Development known as Honey Creek Corporate Center, Phase IV, to add college as a permitted use within the building located at 9000 West Chester Street, located on the north side of West Chester Street, east of South 92nd Street, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
