Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “1st Revision State/Municipal Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, real estate acquisition, and construction of STH 32 (South 1st/East Pittsburgh/Milwaukee Street) from National Avenue to Saint Paul Avenue, with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $10,511,000, with an estimated Grantor share of $9,471,472 and an estimated City share of $1,039,528.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “3rd Revision State/Municipal Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, real estate acquisition, and construction of West National Avenue (STH 59) from South 39th Street to South 1st Street, with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $11,507,450, with an estimated Grantor share of $10,826,194, and an estimated City share of $681,256.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “1st Revision State/Municipal Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, real estate acquisition, and construction of West Lisbon Avenue (STH 175) from North 46th Street to Appleton Avenue, with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $8,995,000, with an estimated Grantor share of $8,640,483, and an estimated City share of $354,517.

Resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer additional funds to the previously established project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for cost participation for the construction of East/West Howard Avenue from South 6th Street to South Clement Avenue in the 13th and 14th Aldermanic districts with a total estimated cost increase for the projects of $3,583,872, with an estimated Grantor share of $0, and an estimated City share of $3,583,872.

Resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer additional funds to the previously established project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for cost participation for the construction of West Walnut Street from North 20th Street to North 12th Street in the 15th Aldermanic district with a total estimated cost increase for the projects of $1,100,000, with an estimated Grantor share of $0, and an estimated City share of $1,100,000.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “1st Revision State/Municipal Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, real estate acquisition, and construction of West Bluemound Road (USH 18) from North 106th Street to North 66th Street, with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $1,081,500, with an estimated Grantor share of $455,000, and an estimated City share of $313,250. Remaining $313,250 of additional costs to be funded by City of Wauwatosa.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “1st Revision State/Municipal Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, real estate acquisition, and construction of STH 241 (South 27th Street) from the UPRR to STH 24 (Forest Home), with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $3,362,300 with an estimated Grantor share of $2,893,447 and an estimated City share of $468,853.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “Cost Sharing Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Milwaukee and the City of Greenfield” for the design and construction of South 43rd Street from West Cold Spring Road to West Howard Avenue; the City of Greenfield received Surface Transportation Program-Urban funding for the improvement of the roadway.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “1st Revision State/Municipal Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, real estate acquisition, and construction of West Forest Home (STH 24) from South 45th Street to STH 241 (South 27th Street), with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $14,969,000, with an estimated Grantor share of $13,933,263 and an estimated City share of $1,035,737.

Resolution relating to the cost participation and installation of traffic signal improvements under a Congestion Mitigation Air Quality project in various Aldermanic Districts at a total estimated cost of $738,626.83, with an estimated grantor share of $590,901.46, and an estimated City share of $147,725.37.

Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller to execute a State Municipal Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the optimization and retiming of traffic signals citywide and fund the project in various Aldermanic Districts with a total estimated cost of $6,690,000, with an estimated grantor share of $5,352,000, and an estimated City share of $1,338,000.

Resolution relating to acceptance and execution of funding of a Green Solutions grant from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for the installation of permeable pavers in southerly parking lanes of East Linus Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Logan Avenue as part of the City’s 2024 street paving program, in the 14th Aldermanic District.

Resolution relating to acceptance and execution of funding of a Green Solutions grant from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for the installation of a green alley located in the area bounded by West Congress Street, West Marion Street, North 62nd Street, North 63rd Street as part of the City’s 2024 alley reconstruction program, in the 2nd Aldermanic District.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute State/Municipal Agreement for a Replacement Lighting/Various City Locations Project with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for Area B (South of Juneau Avenue to Oklahoma Avenue, Lake Michigan to West City Limits), and to set up funds for design review and construction work at a total estimated total cost of $2,505,000 with an estimated grantor share of $2,000,000 and City share of $505,000.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute State/Municipal Agreement for a Replacement Lighting/Various City Locations Project with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for Area B (South of Juneau Avenue to Oklahoma Avenue, Lake Michigan to West City Limits), and to set up funds for design review and construction work at a total estimated total cost of $2,505,000 with an estimated grantor share of $2,000,000 and City share of $505,000.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement titled “State/Municipal Agreement for a Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and to set up design at a total estimated cost of $440,000 with an estimated City of Milwaukee share of $88,000 and a grantor share of $352,000.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement titled “State/Municipal Agreement for a Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Project” with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and to set up design at a total estimated cost of $403,744 with an estimated City of Milwaukee share of $80,749 and a grantor share of $322,995.
- 36. Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a 1st Revision State/Municipal Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to fund design and construction for the 20th Street Power Line and Beerline Trail Project.

- 39. Resolution authorizing the acceptance and expenditure of a grant from Wisconsin Department of Transportation to reimburse the City of Milwaukee for the marginal up-fitting costs associated with purchasing refuse packers which use compressed natural gas (CNG).

Substitute resolution authorizing the acceptance of a quit claim deed from Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, Inc. for a portion of property abutting South 24th Street just south of West Legion Street, for dedication as public right-of-way for street purposes and approving a public access easement agreement between the City of Milwaukee and Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, Inc. regarding construction and access to the Rogers Street Academy Pedestrian Mall, in the 8th Aldermanic District.
- 41. Motion relating to the recommendations of the Public Works Committee relating to licenses.
- 42. Communication from the Milwaukee Water Works relating to the notification provided to residents affected by lead service lateral removals and the quality of work provided by crews conducting those removals.
- 43. Communication from the Department of Public Works relating to a status update on the City’s dockless motorized scooter program and The Hop MKE Streetcar.

- 45. Communication from the Department of Public Works relating to the status of Traffic-Calming and Complete Streets projects to address reckless driving and to provide a safer infrastructure for bicyclists and pedestrians.
