- 6. Communication from the Milwaukee Health Department to extend the temporary appointment to the position of Temporary Disease Intervention Specialist Coordinator for Elizabeth Durkin, from June 20, 2022-December 30, 2023 (first request) and from July 1, 2024-December 21, 2024 (third extension).
- 7. Communication from the Milwaukee Water Works to extend the temporary appointment for Jazzmine Washington, Payroll Assistant I, for 2-months, from June 22, 2024 through August 17, 2024. This is the first extension request.
- 8. Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services to extend the probationary period for Jessica Ziegler, Operations Manager, for 6-months from June 26, 2024 through December 25, 2024.
- 9. Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services to extend the probationary period for Fernando Martinez, Plan Examiner Specialist 1, for 3-months, from July 8, 2024 through October 8, 2024. This is the first extension request.

- 10. Communication from the Department of City Development to re-exempt the Real Estate and Development Manager position, Pay Range 1MX.
- 11. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Administration, to amend the City Service Commission Rule III, Section 4, "Applications", removing the residency requirement for all DPW job titles designated as emergency positions for the City of Milwaukee.
- 12. Communication from the City Attorney's Office, Findings of Fact (FOF) relating to the Keith Chambliss Discharge Appeal Hearing.

- 16 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
