- 6. Communication from the Department of Administration, Budget and Management Division, to extend the temporary appointment for Andrea Fowler, Chief of Staff, for 2-months, from July 21, 2024 through September 28, 2024. This is the second extension request.
- 7. Communication from the Employee Retirement System to extend the probationary period for Jeannette Baldwin, Fiscal Services Assistant, for 6-months, from August 8, 2024 through February 4, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 8. Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services to extend the probationary period for Javon Scott, Plan Examiner Specialist, for 6-months, from July 23, 2024 through January 23, 2025. This is the third extension request.

- 12. Communication from the Department of City Development to re-exempt the Redevelopment and Special Projects Director position, pay range 1MX.
- 13. Communication from the Department of Administration, Intergovernmental Relations Division, to re-exempt the Legislative Fiscal Manager, Sr. position, Pay Range 2MX.

- 18 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
