Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a document titled “Grant Agreement Under the Fiscal Year 2023 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program” and associated documents required for the agreement with the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration for planning activities, communications, design, and construction of quick-build street design, traffic calming, and multi-modal transportation demonstration projects, and to set up funds for the planning and design phases of this work at an estimated total cost of $1,850,000 with an estimated City share of $370,000 and a grantor share of $1,480,000.

Resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer funds to the previously established project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for cost participation for the construction of the 20th Street Power Line and Beerline Trail Project with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $0.
