- 4 GENERAL HEARING
- 4. Communication from the Department of Public Works-Infrastructure Services Division, to extend the temporary appointment for Tremel Rembert, Electrical Services Manager, for 6-months, from September 29, 2024 through March 13, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 5. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Operations Division-Sanitation Services, to extend the probationary period for Damond Maurice Watts, City Laborer, for 6-months, from October 14, 2024 through April 14, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 6. Communication from Gregory Lange, CADD and GIS Technician 3 (formerly titled Engineering Drafting Technician IV), requesting reinstatement to the Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services.
- 7. Communication from Holly Nannis, Public Health Nurse Supervisor, requesting reinstatement to the Milwaukee Health Department.
- 8. Communication from the Milwaukee Health Department requesting a change of the demotion date for Jeanette McKnight, Office Assistant II, from February 18, 2024 to March 3, 2024.

- 12 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
