- 3. Communication for the approval of the October 22, 2024 meeting minutes.
- 5 GENERAL HEARING
- 4. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services Division, to extend the temporary appointment for Catherine White, Custodial Worker 3, for 6-months, retroactive from October 27, 2024 through April 12, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 5. Communication from the Milwaukee Water Works to extend the temporary appointment for 90-days, from November 9, 2024 through February 15, 2025, for the following Water Repair Crew Leaders. These are the first extension requests: 1. George Donald 2. Zachary Rzepkowski
- 6. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Administration, to extend the temporary appointment for Parthina Wright Trapp, Human Resources Analyst-Senior, for 3-months, retroactive from October 27, 2024 through January 25, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 7. Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services to extend the probationary period for Fernando Martinez, Plan Examiner Specialist 1, for 3-months, from October 8, 2024 through January 8, 2025. This is the second extension request.
- 8. Communication from Milwaukee Water Works to extend the probationary period for Tiffeny Marsh, Human Resources Representative, for 3-months, from October 29, 2024 through January 29, 2025. This is the first extension request.

- 16 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
