- 1. Communication for the approval of the January 14, 2025 meeting minutes.
- 2. Communication from the Department of Employee Relations for the approval of the Classification Report(s) as submitted.
- 3. Communication from the Department of Employee Relations for the approval of the Probationary Report(s) as submitted.
- 7 GENERAL HEARING
- 4. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Operations Division-Sanitation Services, to extend the temporary appointment for Slyjazz Jackson, Yard Attendant, for 6-months, from February 6, 2025 through August 6, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 5. Communication from the Election Commission to extend the temporary appointment for Phyllis Whitley, Elections Operations and Training Manager, for 4-months, from April 12, 2025 through August 30, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 6. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Operations Division-Sanitation Services, to extend the probationary period for Antwone Brooks, City Laborer, for 6-months, from February 6, 2025 through August 6, 2025.

- 8. Communication from the Department of Employee Relations regarding the appeal by Petra Duecker relating to the rejection of application for the Library Services Manager-Education Outreach Services position.

- 15 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
