- 7 GENERAL HEARING
- 6. Communication from the Comptroller's Office to extend the temporary appointment for 7-months, for Theresa Spidell, Accountant Lead, from May 25, 2025 through December 20, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 7. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services Division, to extend the temporary appointments for 3-months, from March 16, 2025 through May 10, 2025, for the following City Laborers: 1. Ryan Metcalf 2. Mark Tufte This is the first extension request.
- 8. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Operations Division, to extend the temporary appointment for Reynaldo Cortez, Winter Relief Driver-Snow and Ice Control Driver, for 3-months, retroactive from March 2, 2025 through May 10, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 9. Communication from the Department of Employee Relations, Employee Benefits Division, to extend the temporary appointment for Dorothy McCall, for 10-months, retroactive from March 2, 2025 through December 20, 2025. This is the first extension request.

- 14 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
