- 3. Communication for the approval of the March 25, 2025 meeting minutes.
- 5 GENERAL HEARING
- 4. Communication from LaQuisha Schroeder requesting reinstatement into the Department of Public Works-Administration Services, Finance and Administration Manager (formerly titled, Finance and Planning Manager) position.
- 5. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services Division, to extend the temporary appointment for Catherine White, Custodial Worker 3, for 6-months, from April 12, 2025 through October 11, 2025. This is the second extension request.
- 6. Communication from the Milwaukee Health Department to extend the probationary period for Diana Lopez, Houseing Compliance Officer 1, for 6-months, from April 27, 2025 through October 27, 2025.
- 7. Communication from the Milwaukee Health Department to extend the probationary period for Brian Burns, Compliance Analyst, for 3-months, retroactive from March 31, 2025 through June 30, 2025.

- 13 The Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(a) Wis. Stats., to deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing before the Board of City Service Commissioners. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats.
- 14 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
