- 8 GENERAL HEARING
- 7. Communication came from the Department of Administration, Environmental Collaboration Office, to extend the temporary appointment for Luke Syverud, for 90-days, from May 9, 2025 through August 15, 2025. This is the first extension request.
- 8. Communication from the Department of Employee Relations to extend the temporary appointment for Sarah Trotter, Human Resources Manager, for 12-months, from April 26, 2025 through April 25, 2026. This is the second extension request.
- 9. Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services, to extend the probationary period for Mathew Imperl, Residential Code Enforcement Inspector, for 90-days, from April 29, 2025 through July 29, 2025.
- 10. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Administration, to extend the probationary period for Wade Renee Adams, Jr., Parking Enforcement Officer, for 7-months, from June 9, 2025 through December 7, 2025.
- 11. Communication from the Department of Public Works, Operations Division-Sanitation Services, to extend the probationary period for Denzell Harris, City Laborer, for 6-months, from May 19, 2025 through November 19, 2025.

- 12. Communication from the Department of City Development to re-exempt the City Planning Director position, Pay Range 1MX.
- 13. Communication from the Milwaukee Public Library to exempt the Civic Engagement Services Manager position, Pay Range 1GX.
- 14. Communication from the Department of Employee Relations regarding the rejection of application from Rafael Gomez for the position of Yard Attendant.

- 19 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
