- 2. Resolution determining it necessary to make various assessable public improvements at various locations and appropriating funds for these purposes with the City engineering cost estimated to be $15,000 for a total estimated cost of these projects being $300,000.
- 3. Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations and appropriating funds for these purposes with the City engineering cost estimated to be $225,000 for a total estimated cost of these projects being $696,000.
- 4. Resolution approving construction of nonassessable public improvements at various locations and appropriating funds for these purposes with the City construction cost estimated to be $295,000 for a total estimated cost of these projects being $1,316,000.
- 5. Resolution authorizing the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works to install an official stop sign at the publicly traveled railroad grade crossing at East Jones Street near South Lincoln Memorial Drive for the planned National Highway Freight Program improvement of South Lincoln Memorial Drive from South Carferry Drive to Jones Street.

Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute State/Municipal Agreements for a State-Let Highway Project with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the construction of STH 241 (South 27th Street); Bottsford Avenue to Howard Avenue, and to set up funds for construction at an estimated total cost of $1,799,850 with an estimated City share of $38,000 and a grantor share of $1,761,850.

- 10. Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute agreements with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the exchange of jurisdiction of two signalized intersections adjacent to IH 43/94 in the City of Milwaukee.
- 11. Resolution relating to the display of a Veterans Mental Health and Suicide Awareness flag.

- 20 Motion relating to the recommendations of the Public Works Committee relating to licenses.
- 21 In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Times for specific agenda items are estimations. If items cannot be heard at their specified times, they will be heard as soon as practicable thereafter.

Limited parking for persons attending meetings during normal business hours is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Associated Bank River Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. You must present a copy of the meeting notice to the parking cashier.
