Substitute resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer funds to the previously established project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for cost participation for the construction of the 16th Street Bridge over the Menomonee River with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $3,059,779.55, with an estimated Grantor share of $11,097,209.78 and an estimated City share of $(8,037,430.23).

Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller to enter into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the development, implementation, and funding of traffic control improvements and other safety measures necessary to mitigate traffic diversion on City streets due to construction activity on the I-94 East/West Project in 2025 and 2026, with the total estimated cost being $576,984.83 of which 100% is grantor funded.
