  12. 12 This meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Fire and Police Commission or any of the following committees or subcommittees: Research and Rules, Testing and Recruiting, Policies and Standards. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Fire and Police Commission members results in a quorum or a negative quorum of the Commission or another committee and whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee's realm of authority.
