- 2. Position Recreations and Underfills - Metro Transit
- 3. Recreate the 1.0 FTE position #849 of Senior Center Volunteer Coordinator (CG20, R12) as a Senior Center Program Coordinator (CG18, R4).
- 4. Authorizing the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Madison and Karen L. Chrostowski for the City’s acquisition of the properties located at 2248, 2250 and 2256 Roth Street, located in the City of Madison. (District 12)
- 5. SUBSTITUTE - Authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between Eminent Development Corporation and/or an affiliate LLC (“Developer”) and the City of Madison for the Developer’s acquisition of the property located at 1202 S. Park Street for youth-centered housing development (the “Project”), and authorizing execution of a loan agreement for up to $2.0 million of American Rescue Plan Act funds allocated by the Common Council for the Project. (District 13)
- 6. Authorizing the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Madison and the Estate of Francis J. Muzik Jr. for the City’s acquisition of the property located at 346 E. Lakeside Street for assemblage with Olin Park. (District 13)
- 7. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into a contract with Madison Metropolitan School District to use City athletic fields, parks and facilities for recreational activities and other community programming for the years of 2024-2028 (Citywide).
- 8. A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a two-year, competitively selected service contract with Baker Tilly US, LLP to conduct a comprehensive compensation study throughout the City of Madison departments and divisions. The study will review job descriptions, organizational charts, policy handbooks, and pay plans and provide comparisons and recommendations based on peer organizations.
- 9. Authorizing the City of Madison to enter into a Reference Program Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc.
- 10. Authorizing a non-competitive selection contract between LanguageLine Solutions for the provision of interpretation and translation services for the City of Madison, WI.
- 11. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute an amendment to the agreement with Robert Krebs, d/b/a/ The Madison Sailing Center to expand the area of the sailboat storage area at Warner Park for the years of 2024-2026 (District 18).
- 12. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Dane County to provide Group Access Service for the City of Madison for the calendar year 2024.
- 13. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Dane County to provide Volunteer Driver Escort Services for the City of Madison for the calendar year 2024.
- 14. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Dane County for the purpose of providing Metro Transit with State 85.21 funding given to Dane County for the provision of accessible transportation for eligible persons within Metro Transit’s service area in the calendar year 2024.
- 15. Authorizing the payment of goods from DMT Solutions Global Corporation dba Bluecrest on a cooperative contract of an automated absentee ballot mailing system for the City Clerk’s Office prior to the delivery of all goods.
- 16. Authorizing the Execution of an Amendment to the Amended and Restated Operating Easement at the Village on Park for the Goodman South Madison Library. (District 14)
- 17. Authorizing a loan to Fringe Salon Spa or its assigns in the amount of $80,000 to purchase a commercial property at 1423 South Park Street through the TID 51 Small Cap TIF loan program using TID #51 incremental revenue as authorized in the TID #51 Project Plan (RES-23-00208) adopted by the Common Council on March 7, 2023). (District 14)

Providing Fringe Salon Spa or its assigns a $113,750 loan to purchase a commercial property at 1423 South Park Street through the Commercial Ownership Assistance program funded by the TID 51 Small Business Development programs using TID #51 incremental revenue as authorized in the TID #51 Project Plan (RES-23-00208) adopted by the Common Council on March 7, 2023). A Resolution authorizing a noncompetitive service contract of $150,000 of American Rescue Plan Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to President and Fellows of Harvard College, acting on behalf of the Taubman Center for State and Local Government at the Harvard Kennedy School and authorizing The Board of Health for Madison and Dane County on behalf of Public Health Madison and Dane County to sign an agreement with them for the evaluation of the Community Alternative Response Emergency Services (CARES) Program
- 20. Approving contract amendments with InSite Consulting Architects, LLC and Kalam Corporation to complete phase 2 work at the Royal Thai Pavilion, Olbrich Botanical Gardens (District 15)
- 21. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a parking lease agreement with Wilson Residential Investors LLC, for 30 parking stalls at the Wilson Lot located at 499 E Wilson St. (District 4)
- 22. Authorizing the Community Development Division to transfer the weather emergency respite hotel program contract from Friends of State Street Family to Catalyst for Change and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with Catalyst for Change to administer the program.
- 23. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Finance Director and their designees to sign forms and agree to legal terms necessary to register and file for tax credits and deductions under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
- 24. Authorizing a one-year, competitively selected goods and services contract between Bound Tree Medical, LLC and the City of Madison Fire Department for the provision of medical supplies for emergency medical services and the provision and support of Operative IQ Inventory Management System.
- 25. A Resolution to authorize the noncompetitive purchase of goods from Printelect as a sole source provider of election security carts for the City Clerk’s Office.
- 26. A Resolution amending the Public Health Operating Budget to accept Centers for Disease Control and Prevention “Strengthening U.S. Public Health Infrastructure, Workforce, and Data Systems” funding from the WI Department of Health Services
- 27. Authorization to accept additional grant funds from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families for the Family Foundations Home Visiting Program and create a 1.0 FTE Public Health Nurse Position for the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Program
- 28. SUBSTITUTE - Supporting and approving the City of Madison’s application to the US Department of Transportation (USDOT) towards FY 2023-2024 ATTAIN grant program, the acceptance of the grant, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a grant agreement with USDOT or its designee, if awarded the grant.
