- 2.* Recognizing fundraising for the purpose of funding the new Metro Transit Bus Roadeo will serve City purposes, be conducted by City staff, and will comply with the City’s ethics code.
- 3.* Entering into an agreement with Dane County for the installation, maintenance, and operation of a signal at the BRT West Terminal on Junction Rd (District 1).
- 4.* Authorizing the Traffic Engineering Division to accept a federal grant for $88,500 to maintain and expand a safety education program and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into the grant contracts and State/Municipal Agreements with Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
- 5.* Approving State / Municipal Agreement for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Project I.D. 5992-10-42/43 for Capital City Path Extension and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for construction cost sharing and State design review costs. - 6.* SUBSTITUTE - Approving State / Municipal Agreement for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Project I.D. 5992-10-44/45 for West Towne Path Extension from S High Point to Zor Shrine Pl and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for construction cost sharing and State design review costs. - 7.* Vacating and discontinuing multiple unimproved public street right-of-ways within the plat of Village at Autumn Lake Replat to allow the replatting of a portion the development. Being located in parts of both the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 8 North, Range 10 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.
