- 2. Public Hearing on CDBG Unit’s 2024 Action Plan
- 3. Adopting the City of Madison’s required 2024 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and approving submission of the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Approving a loan of up to $100,000 to Allied Wellness Center, Inc. from Community Development Division’s Community Facilities Loan Program to help finance the buildout of leased space located at 4649 Verona Road to be used as office and classroom space to serve the Allied neighborhood and greater Madison community with health and wellness education, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign an agreement for that purpose.
