- 2. Create a new hourly classification of Fire/EMS Apprentice to be placed in the salary schedule of Compensation Group 17, Range 00 with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.
- 3. Amending the 2024 adopted operating budget for the City of Madison Fire Department to accept $499,379 from the University of Wisconsin, School of Medicine and Public Health, Office of the Wisconsin Partnership Program (WPP) for the City of Madison Firefighter/EMT Development Program.
- 4. Approving and Adopting an Updated Policy for Assessing Street Improvements
- 5. Authorizing the Madison Police Department and Information Technology Department to enter into a 3 year, competitively selected contract, via the State of Wisconsin Contract (505ENT-O16-NASPOCOMPUT-02), with Bay Communications, Inc. to upgrade to iPro ClOUDE.
- 6. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into a 2-year competitively selected service with Star Protection and Patrol, LLC for unarmed security services at Parking Division facilities.
- 7. Adopting the City of Madison’s required 2024 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and approving submission of the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
- 8. Approving a loan of up to $100,000 to Allied Wellness Center, Inc. from Community Development Division’s Community Facilities Loan Program to help finance the buildout of leased space located at 4649 Verona Road to be used as office and classroom space to serve the Allied neighborhood and greater Madison community with health and wellness education, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign an agreement for that purpose. - 9. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Dane County for cost sharing of a water transmission pipeline from Savannah Road to Secret Garden Drive. (District 16)

Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a development agreement and authorizing a funding appropriation in the 2024 Capital Budget to fund a $1,700,000 Tax Incremental Finance Loan to East Washington Apts, LLC, or its assigns to construct approximately 192 units of affordable housing and approximately 139 parking stalls located at 808 Melvin Court in the 3100 block of East Washington Avenue in Tax Incremental District (TID) 52. Authorizing the transfer of $80,000 from the City owned 1917 Lake Point Drive bank account managed by Broihahn Management to the City into the General Land Acquisition Fund for the payment of repairs, maintenance and replacement costs for buildings owned by the City at 1910 and 1917 Lake Point Drive, and amending Economic Development Division’s 2024 Capital Budget accordingly by said amount. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Madison and VH Acquisitions, LLC, or its successors and assigns, for the City’s acquisition of multiple parcels of land near the intersections of Marty Road, Mid Town Road, and Raymond Road, and Amending the adopted 2024 Engineering-Major Streets and 2024 Stormwater Utility Capital Budgets. (District 1 and District 20)
- 13. Authorizing the acceptance of a grant for $250,000 from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Community Development Investment Grant program, and authorizing contracts with WEDC and the 121 E Wilson Investors, LLC (Quad Capital Partners) for the use of the funds, and amending the 2024 Adopted Operating Budget for Economic Development Division-Office of Business Resources’ purchased services. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with OPEN Regenerative Technologies, Inc. to provide software and support services to implement the Building Energy Savings Program; and, when awarded, amending the 2024 Adopted Mayor's Office Sustainability Improvements Project Capital Budget to accept $291,340 in formula grant funding from the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program; and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the associated grant agreement with U.S. DOE.
- 15. Amending the Public Health Budget to Accept Funds from the National Center for Fatality Review and Prevention (NCFRP) for "Building Capacity in Dane County's FIMR"
- 16. Amending the 2024 Police Department operating budget; and authorizing the Mayor and Chief of Police to sign a Wisconsin Department of Health Services Opioid Abatement Efforts by Law Enforcement grant award contract in the amount of $183,511 for expanding the Pathways to Recovery Madison and Dane County's Madison Area Addiction Resource Initiative (MAARI), Addiction Resource Team (ART) and Naloxone Plus programs.
