- 2. Submitting the appointment of Tana Elias for confirmation of a five-year term as the Madison Public Library Director.
- 3. Approving double fills for three Transit Utility Workers for up to eight months due to three retirements in the classification in January 2025.
- 4. Create the classification of “Community Development Manager” in CG18, Range 15. Delete the classification of “Community Development Grants Supervisor” from CG18, R15. Recreate the 1.0 FTE positions #111 and #4252 as “Community Development Manager” (CG18, R15) and reallocate the employees.
- 5. Recreate position #1471 of Account Clerk 3 as an Administrative Assistant in CG 20, Range 14 in the Parks operating budget and reallocate the employee.
- 6. Amending Section 3.04 and Section 3.54(9)(b) of the Madison General Ordinances related to the Employee Assistance Program to change the title EAP Administrator to EAP Director and add EAP Director to the list of non-civil service CG 21 Managerial Employees.
- 7. Delete the classification of “Employee Assistance Program Manager” from CG18, R15 in the salary schedule and recreate the classification in CG21, R18. Recreate the 1.0 FTE position #862 as “EAP Director” (CG21, R18) and reallocate the employee.
- 8. Authorizing the Director of Information Technology to Transfer Certain City-Owned Conduit, Fiber and Related Infrastructure to MUFN-C or its Members When it No Longer Serves the City’s Needs.
- 9. Approving the Madison Arts Commission’s selection of Jennifer Bastian as the next Thurber Park Artist-in-Residence, and approving Lisa Lang and Karolina Romanowska as alternates.
- 10. Reauthorizing of the City of Madison's Self-Insured Worker's Compensation Program as required by the Department of Workforce Development
- 11. Authorizing the City’s execution of a lease to allow the use of a portion of City-owned property located at 25 Burrows Road, commonly known as Burrows Park, by the Mendota Yacht Club, Inc. (District 12)
- 12. Authorizing a loan to Atwood Music Hall LLC or its assigns in the amount of $125,000 for real estate improvements to the commercial property at 1925 Winnebago Street through the TID 54 Small Cap TIF loan program using TID #54 incremental revenue as authorized in an amendment to the TID #54 Project Plan (RES 23-00507) adopted by the Common Council on July 25, 2023. Authorizing the execution of three (3) separate license agreements with Madison Gas and Electric Company for premises at the Larkin Communications Tower located at 126 Glenway Street, the Spaanem Water Tower located at 4724 Spaanem Avenue, and the Lake View Water Tower located at 1202 Northport Drive. - 14. Authorizing a $62,225 contract with Madison’s Central Business Improvement District (BID) and/or its fiscal sponsor to fund the continuation of the Downtown Activities Program focused on existing plazas around the Capitol Square and State Street (District 2, District 4, District 8)
- 15. Authorizing the Sale and Issuance of $3,365,000 Subordinate Water Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2024A; And Providing Other Details and Covenants with Respect Thereto
- 16. Authorizing a sole source service contract with the Foundation for Black Women's Wellness for services to support the Dane County Health Council's project "Saving our Babies".
- 17. Authorizing a loan of $170,000 from the Community Facilities Loan Program to Literacy Network, Inc., to support facility improvements at 701 Dane Street, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement for that purpose. (District 14)
- 18. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a 2024 YHDP contract amendment with the Center for Community Stewardship to support the Madison/Dane County Continuum of Care’s Youth Action Board member compensation.
- 19. Supporting the effective dissemination of funds provided through the Violence Prevention Services for At Risk Apartment Buildings Amendment
- 20. Amending the 2024 Adopted Budget for the Planning Division to add an additional $500 in Wisconsin Arts Board Grant revenues and seeking Common Council approval of the 2024-2025 Arts Grants awards as recommended by the Madison Arts Commission.
- 21. Authorizing the City of Madison’s Streets and Urban Forestry Division to apply for and accept a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for $500,000 and, if awarded, amending the Streets 2024 Capital Budget and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the resulting grant agreement.

Authorizing the Parks Division to submit, and if awarded, accept grant of up to $500,000 from the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for park improvements and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to accept grant award. Authorizing the Parks Division to submit, and if awarded, to accept a grant of $4,000,000 from the State of Wisconsin Grants for Local Projects Program for the Breese Stevens Field Improvement Project and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with the State of Wisconsin to accept the grant award; and amending the 2024 Adopted Capital Budget of the Economic Development Division and the Parks Division.
