- 2. Authorizing a non-competitive selection contract with Capitol Underground, Inc. for water main leak repair and excavation services
- 3. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a contract with Baker Tilly US, LLP for independent external audit services for fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026 with an option to extend the contract for two subsequent fiscal years 2027 and 2028.
- 4. A Resolution authorizing the noncompetitive purchase of $108,074 in goods from Masabi for the purchase of mounting stanchions for Metro’s new farebox readers (JRV’s) not accounted for in the original contract
- 5. Providing Urban Community Arts Network, Ltd. (UCAN) a $30,000 grant for a “MadLit” program on the 100 Block of State Street using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Small Business Equity and Recovery Program (SBER) funds and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign an agreement with UCAN for that purpose. - 6. A Resolution authorizing a sole source contract between Stryker Sales Corporation - Medical Division (Stryker) as the only contractor who can perform annual preventative maintenance and service for ambulance power cot and power load systems. (Citywide)
- 7. Authorizing a loan to Revive Restoration, Inc., or its assigns in the amount of $100,000 for real estate improvements to the commercial property at 925 Applegate Road through the TID 51 Small Cap TIF loan program using TID #51 incremental revenue as authorized in an amendment to the TID #51 Project Plan (RES 23-00208 adopted by the Common Council on March 7, 2023). - 8. Amending RES-24-00215 (File No. 82309) to Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Dane County for cost sharing of a water transmission pipeline from Savannah Road to Secret Garden Drive. (District 16)
- 9. Authorizing the City’s execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between Starkweather, LLC, and the City of Madison for the disposal of City-owned vacant land located at 3614 Milwaukee Street. (District 15)
- 10. Authorizing an assignment and assumption of the City of Madison Affordable Housing Fund loans, made by the City to Heartland Housing, Inc. to help finance affordable housing developments at 715 Rethke Avenue and 7933 Tree Lane, to Cinnaire Solutions Corporation, or an affiliate LLC. (District 9 & District 12)

Authorizing a grant of up to $1,527,600 to Cinnaire Solutions Corporation, to be drawn from funds authorized under the American Rescue Plan Act, for its use in acquiring and rehabilitating the properties at 715 Rethke Avenue and 7933 Tree Lane and preserving their long-term affordability for persons with household incomes at or below 60% of the County Median Income. Accepting the Community Development Division (CDD) “Older Adult Services 2024 Policy Concept Paper” as the basis for structuring and conducting a Request for Proposals (RFP) process, and authorizing the CDD to undertake this process and recommend, for approval by the Common Council, a funding allocation plan regarding awards and contracts that will take effect on January 1, 2025 (Citywide).

Authorizing the Parks Division to submit, and if awarded, to accept a grant of $4,000,000 from the State of Wisconsin Grants for Local Projects Program for the Breese Stevens Field Improvement Project and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with the State of Wisconsin to accept the grant award; and amending the 2024 Adopted Capital Budget of the Economic Development Division and the Parks Division. - 14. Amending the Community Development Authority (CDA) Redevelopment Division's 2024 Adopted Capital Budget to authorize up to $1.0 million of additional GO Borrowing for construction financing of the Theresa Terrace redevelopment. (District 20)
- 15. Amending the Community Development Authority Redevelopment (CDA) 2024 Adopted Operating Budget to finance Triangle Redevelopment preconstruction costs up to $800,000 from fund balance (District 13)
- 16. SUBSTITUTE - Amending the Fleet Division 2024 Capital Budget to appropriate an additional $430,000 to the Fire Apparatus and Rescue Vehicle Replacement Program to order a fourth ambulance in 2024.
