- 2. 4216 St Clair St BLDVAR-2024-09168 The applicant is seeking a variance from SPS 321.04(2)(d) requiring stairways shall be provided with a minimum headroom clearance of 76 inches measured vertically from a line parallel to the nosing of the treads to the ceiling, soffit or any overhead obstruction directly above that line. alder District 11
- 3. 1821 Jenifer St BLDVAR-2024-09709 The applicant is seeking a variance from 321.06 All habitable rooms, kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, and corridors shall have a ceiling height of at least 7 feet. The existing finished second floor is being remodeled to include an expanded use with the installation of a bathroom. The existing space has a previously approved variance for the stairway to the second floor. Alder District 06.

- 4. Amending Section 29.22 related to The Building Code of the Madison General Ordinances to adopt by reference Wisconsin Administrative Code § SPS 327.
- 5. SECOND SUBSTITUTE: Amending Section 27.05 of the Madison General Ordinances to refine lawn and property maintenance provisions.
- 6. SUBSTITUTE: Amending Section 10.18 and 1.08(3)(a), and creating Section 27.05(2)(dd) of the Madison General Ordinances to update the City’s large item collection and electronic waste recycling ordinances, and to update the bond schedule accordingly.
