- 2. Recreate the 1.0 FTE position #1200 of Engineering Program Specialist 1 (CG16, R17) as a GIS Specialist 2 (CG18, R8) and reallocate the employee to the new position.
- 3. Approving the Negotiated Agreement Relating to the Dane County Landfill No. 3 and the First Amendment to the Solid Waste Agreement with Dane County. (District 16)
- 4. Accepting a Wisconsin Department of Health Service donation of Narcan, fentanyl test strips and educational posters for overdose prevention for the Police Department’s Madison Area Addiction Recovery Initiative (MAARI)
- 5. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to amend the competitively selected service contract with Arcadis Engineering Services (USA) Inc. formerly IBI Group Engineering Services (USA) Inc., to add $150,000.00 to not to exceed amount, bringing the total to $727,000.00 and to extend the contract term through December 31, 2025.

Authorizing a loan to Pequeños Traviesos LLC, or its assigns in the amount of $125,000 for real estate improvements to the commercial property at 119 Nygard Street through the TID 51 Small Cap TIF loan program using TID #51 incremental revenue as authorized in an amendment to the TID #51 Project Plan (RES 23-00208 adopted by the Common Council on March 7, 2023). - 7. Accepting a United States Conference of Mayors Police Reform and Equitable Justice Grant Program award of $100,000 for the Police Department’s Madison Area Addiction Recovery Initiative (MAARI); and amending the 2024 Police budget to use the funds for purposes of the program.
- 8. Amending the Parks Divisions 2024 Adopted Capital Budget using Golf Revenue Reserves for the purchase of Irrigation System Improvements at Yahara Hills Golf Course (District 16).
- 9. Authorizing the acceptance of a grant for $250,000 from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Community Development Investment Grant program, and authorizing contracts with WEDC and the Madison Area Technical College District for the use of the funds, and amending the 2024 Adopted Operating Budget for Economic Development Division-Office of Business Resources’ purchased services.
