However, following the administrative approval, it was determined that the approving resolution was inadvertently introduced with referral to the Plan Commission. Staff requests that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the CSM to combine the four parcels into one lot to the Common Council subject to the conditions in the letter of conditional approval attached to the legislative file.
