  8. 2. 1101 S Thompson Drive BLDVAR-2025-00269 The property owner is seeking a variance to SPS 321.07(b) requiring exit doors to be openable from the interior without the use of a key. The prospective property owner is proposing the installation of a magnetic locking system within the two unit home to provide support for residents with special health and safety needs to prohibit the residents from leaving without supervision.
