- 2. 3322 Agriculture Dr BLDVAR-2025-04378 The property owner is seeking a variance from 2015 IBC 2603.4.1.3 requirements that the maximum size of walk-in coolers or freezers in unsprinklered buildings shall be 400 square feet or less. The application is seeking approval for a 4996 square foot ultra cold freezer (-76F) to be unsprinklered. Similar variances for the two existing ultra cold freezers at this location were approved in 2007 and 2009. Alder District 16.
