- 2. Delete vacant 1.0 FTE position #616 of Administrative Supervisor (CG18, R3) from the DPCED Office of the Director Operating Budget. Recreate the 1.0 FTE position as a Program Assistant 2 (CG20, R12) within the CDA Housing Operations Operating Budget.
- 3. Create a new 1.0 FTE position of Monona Terrace Technical Services Specialist 1 (CG16, R14) in the 2025 Monona Terrace Operating Budget.
- 4. Accepting a Wisconsin Department of Health Service donation of naloxone (Narcan) and fentanyl test strips for overdose prevention for the Police Department’s Madison Area Recovery Initiative (MARI) and Patrol operations
- 5. Authorizing the City’s Economic Development Division (EDD) to submit for a $150,000 grant from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Site Assessment Grant program and if awarded, accepting the funds granted, amending EDD’s 2025 Capital Budget within the Land Banking program and authorizing the Mayor and city Clerk to enter into a contract with WEDC to accept Site Assessment Grant award for the use of the funds. - 6. Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 2 to the existing Purchase of Services contract between the City of Madison and Sasaki Associates, Inc. for engineering design services for the Madison LakeWay - Phase 1 project. (District 4, District 6, District 13, and District 14)
- 7. SUBSTITUTE - Amending the Police Department’s operating budget, and authorizing the Mayor and Chief of Police or designee to accept a Juvenile Justice Title II grant award from the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice in the amount of $60,000 for pass-through funding to The Rainbow Project and Focused Interruption, and $7,434 on police overtime and benefits, for the Madison Community Healing Through Support & Education initiative to provide violence prevention support to juvenile system involved and at-risk youth
- 8. Amending the 2025 Adopted Operating Budget for the Planning Division’s Support for the Arts service to accept $50,000 from the Madison Community Foundation for the Teejop Community History Public Art Project.
