- 2. Housing Policy Committee Role - Staff Presentation
- 9 Note: Items 3, 4, and 5 were discussed together. Following a staff presentation and public comment, the Housing Policy Committee made separate motions and recommendations to the Plan Commission for each of the three items
- 3. SUBSTITUTE: Amending various tables within Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances to permit two-family twin and two-unit buildings in all districts where single-family dwellings are also allowed.
- 4. SUBSTITUTE: Amending Sections 28.135 and16.23(6)(d) and creating 28.031(7) of the Madison General Ordinances related to Deep Residential Lots to facilitate easier development.
- 5. Amending Sections in Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances related to Downtown and Urban Districts to allow more permitted uses within the districts.
