- 2. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute 2025 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) contract amendments with Briarpatch Youth Services, OutReach, and the Center for Community Stewardship, allocating previously unallocated funds. (Citywide)
- 3. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to amend the 2024-25 EHH contract with Briarpatch Youth Services to add $12,600 of State EHH funds reallocated from an EHH contract with Legal Action of Wisconsin. (Citywide)

Authorizing the allocation of approximately $3.5 million of combined City and Federal funds among seven non-profit agencies to support the provision of homeless services and housing resources beginning in 2026, the outcomes of a competitive RFP process conducted by the Community Development Division, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into agreements with agencies selected to receive funds to implement the specified programs and services.
