- 2. Recognizing the appointment of John Patterson and approving the terms and conditions of employment for John Patterson as City of Madison Police Chief.
- 3. Delete the 1.0 FTE position #1454 of Program Assistant 1; recreate the position as a Program Assistant 2; and reallocate the employee to the new position.
- 4. Delete the classification of Control Systems Technician in CG 16, R19 and recreate it in CG16, R20; recreate position #1790 in the new classification and reallocate the employee.
- 5. Personnel Board Report on position studies approved through authorized administrative actions.
- 6. Adopting and confirming the Labor Agreement between the City of Madison and the Teamsters Union Local 120, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027
- 7. Authorizing a loan to Stella’s Bakery of Madison or its assigns in the amount of $250,000 for real estate improvements to the commercial property at 3113 Syene Road through the TID 51 Small Cap TIF program using TID #51 incremental revenue as authorized in the TID #51 Project Plan (RES-23-00208) adopted by the Common Council on March 7, 2023. - 8. Authorizing a Purchase and Sale Agreement to transfer the land and improvements at 802, 810 and 818 West Badger Road to the Community Development Authority and/or its assigns for the Park Badger Redevelopment Project. (District 14)
- 9. Approving the schedule of Special Charges for the State Street Mall/Capitol Concourse for 2024/2025 Maintenance Charges. (District 2, District 4, and District 8)
- 10. Approving an intergovernmental agreement with the Town of Blooming Grove for the City to provide building inspection services for the Town.
- 11. Applying to the Dane County Board for exemption from the Dane County Library Tax levied under Section 43.57(3) and 43.64(2) Wisconsin Statutes.
- 12. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a non-competitive 5-year Services Agreement with Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. and Deer Track Park Landfill, Inc., for disposal of certain solid waste material. (Citywide)
- 13. Approving a loan of up to $80,000 from the Community Development Division’s Child Care Facilities Loan Program to Monona Grove Nursery School for use in developing new child care space, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into agreements with that agency to complete the specified project. (District 15)
- 14. Authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents regarding the referral of eligible students to rent below market rate units as contemplated by Madison General Ordinance Section 28.071.
- 15. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute agreements between the City of Madison and Dane County that govern the exchange of revenue for shared services, collaborative projects, and joint responsibilities as authorized in the 2025 Adopted Operating Budget (District 16 and citywide).
- 16. A Resolution authorizing a competitive selection five-year contract with Integral Building Systems, Inc for the procurement, installation, and support of structured cabling, access control, audio visual systems and security cameras.
- 17. Amending the Police Department’s operating budget, and authorizing the Mayor and Chief of Police (or designee) to accept a Project Safe Neighborhoods grant award of $8,082 to aid investigations into violent and gun crime.
