- 2. Submitting the appointment of Matthew W. Tucker for confirmation of a five-year term as Building Inspection Division Director.
- 3. Authorizing the execution of a Third Amendment to a Lease with MESC, LLC for property located at 2713 East Washington Avenue for the continued operation of storage space. (District 12).
- 4. Authorizing a noncompetitive contract with Aro Eberle Architects, Inc. to provide professional architecture and engineering services for design and construction of Odana Hills clubhouse and Odana Hills East Park improvements (District 11)
- 5. Establishing rules and procedures for Common Council deliberations on the City of Madison's 2027 Capital and Operating Budgets.
- 6. Authorizing Madison Water Utility's General Manager to certify municipal services bills, assessments, and charges to the 2026 tax rolls of other governmental units for delinquent accounts in those jurisdictions.

- 9. SUBSTITUTE. Authorizing a jurisdictional transfer agreement between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Madison for portions of S. Park Street, W. Washington Avenue, Proudfit Street, North Shore Drive, John Nolen Drive, and S. Blair Street; establishing a special revenue fund for transportation-related revenues and expenditures; and amending the budget for the North-South Bus Rapid Transit project to appropriate $15 million from the special revenue fund.
