- 2. Submitting the appointment of David Schmiedicke for confirmation of a five-year term as Finance Director.
- 3. Submitting the appointment of Christine Knapp for confirmation of a five-year term as Water Utility General Manager.
- 4. Submitting the appointment of Charles J. Romines for confirmation of a five-year term as Director of Public Works.
- 5. Authorization to Enter a Sole Source Intergovernmental Agreement with the University of Wisconsin Population Health Service Fellows Program (2026 C RES-001)
- 6. Authorizing a noncompetitive contract with Arch Solar C&I to remove hail damaged solar modules and install new modules at the Madison Public Market (District 12)
- 7. Authorizing a noncompetitive contract with Strand Associates, Inc., for professional engineering services for the Reservoirs 126 and 225 Recoating and Maintenance project (Districts 1 and District 3).
- 8. Approving the design of a site-specific public artwork for the South Point Public Works Facility (402 S Point Road) and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a competitively selected agreement with The Milligan Studio, LLC. for fabrication, delivery, and installation. (District 1)

Approving the design for the State Street Campus Garage/Hawthorne Court Percent for Art Project, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with StudioKCA, LLC for design, fabrication, delivery and installation of a site-specific public art feature, and dissolving the State Street Campus Garage/Hawthorne Court Public Art Ad-Hoc Committee. (District 2)

Authorizing the acceptance of a grant for $250,000 from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Community Development Investment Grant program, and authorizing contracts with WEDC and the MTZ Charitable Organization, Inc. for the use of the funds and amending the 2026 Adopted Operating Budget for Economic Development Division-Office of Business Resources’ purchased services. (District 14)

Authorizing the Parks Division to submit, and if awarded, accept a grant of up to $1,505,000 from Dane County Conservation Fund Grant Program for acquisition of park land acquired from Madison Crushing & Excavating, Inc. and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with Dane County to accept the grant award.

Authorizing the City of Madison to accept, if awarded, a private grant of up to $10,000 from the Alliant Energy Foundation, and authorizing the Water Utility General Manager to enter into a grant agreement and sign related document(s) authorizing acceptance of the grant and amend the 2026 Adopted Capital Budget to appropriate the grant revenue and expenses, up to $10,000, for the Water Utility Water on Wheels (WU-WOW).

- 16. Authorizing the Issuance and Establishing the Parameters for the Sale of Not to Exceed $173,830,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes, of the City of Madison, Wisconsin, and Directing the Final Approval of the Terms Thereof.
- 17. SUBSTITUTE: Authorizing the City to issue loans not to exceed $5,691,636.97 to the Community Development Authority related to the Monona Shores Apartments and Revival Ridge Apartments.

Mid-Year Appropriation Resolution amending the 2026 Adopted Operating Budget by taking the following actions: transferring $500,000 from the general fund contingent reserve to agencies, making transfers within agency budgets based on projected spending through the second quarter of 2026, and appropriating revenues and making other adjustments in non-general fund agencies; and amending the 2026 Adopted Capital Budget by taking the following actions: appropriating funding from non-borrowing sources, updating TID proceeds and borrowing based on TID project plans, and authorizing transfers of borrowing across projects.
