- 2.* Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a contract between the City of Madison and TYLin, for corridor safety studies and demonstration project planning and evaluation for three priority corridors (District 6, District 10, District 12, District 19, District 20).
- 3.* Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a contract between the City of Madison and SEH for planning, engineering, and public engagement services for East Washington Avenue (US Hwy 30 to Annamark) and Schroeder Rd (Whitney Way to Gammon Rd) (District 3, District 12, District 17, District 19, District 20).
