2. 2 This is not a Library Board Meeting. Notice is given that a quorum of the La Crosse Public Library Board may be present at the retreat.
3. 3 Notice is further given that members of other governmental bodies may be present at the above scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility.
