  2. 2 Public hearings shall be limited to 30 minutes when there are opposing viewpoints from the public. In the absence of opposing viewpoints, public hearings are limited to 15 minutes. Individual speakers shall speak no more than three (3) minutes unless waived by the Chair or a majority of the committee.   8. 8 AN AMENDED ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Washburn Residential Neighborhood District to the Traditional Neighborhood District - Specific allowing for continued use of the property as a professional office space at 212 11th Street South. 24-0951 RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED Pass
  9. 9 Resolution Denying Application of Sughra Group of Companies LLC dba Sushi Pirate for a Combination "Class B" Beer and Liquor license at 212 Main St. for the 2024-2025 license period and appeal of denial by the Police Department. (Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision.
