- 2 Public hearings shall be limited to 30 minutes when there are opposing viewpoints from the public. In the absence of opposing viewpoints, public hearings are limited to 15 minutes. Individual speakers shall speak no more than three (3) minutes unless waived by the Chair or a majority of the committee. Members of the public who would like to provide written comments on any agenda may do so by emailing cityclerk@cityoflacrosse.org, using a drop box outside of City Hall or mailing to City Clerk, 400 La Crosse Street, La Crosse WI 54601.

- 7 Resolution authorizing an application to the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) for the Community Development Investment (CDI) Grant Program for the Haven on Main development.
- 8 Resolution approving the sale of City owned property at 626 Monitor Street to Property Logic III.
- 9 Resolution declaring certain property at 713 St. James St. (parcel #17-10010-90) as surplus property.
- 10 Resolution reallocating American Rescue Plan Funds (ARPA) to the ARPA interest revenue account.
- 11 Resolution authorizing the creation and uses of special revenue funds for the Street Department.
- 12 Resolution approving subordination request by Ocean Fin, LLC on Upper Floor Renovation Loan.
- 13 Resolution to re-allocate unused funds from closed projects and re-appropriate additional funds to open projects for the Water Utility.

- 23 Resolution authorizing application for and participation in the 2024 pre-disaster flood resilience grant program with Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM) and designation of funding for same.
- 24 Resolution approving a collective bargaining agreement between the City of La Crosse and the International Association of Firefighters, Local #127 (IAFF) for January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
- 25 Collective Bargaining Update. (Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters.
