- 2 Public hearings shall be limited to 30 minutes when there are opposing viewpoints from the public. In the absence of opposing viewpoints, public hearings are limited to 15 minutes. Individual speakers shall speak no more than three (3) minutes unless waived by the Chair or a majority of the committee. - 7 Resolution approving application of The Charmant Hotel LLC dba The Charmant Hotel for Expansion of Alcohol Beverage License & Street Privilege Permit for special event at the 100 Block of State Street on Friday, August 15, 2025.
- 8 AN ORDINANCE to amend section 105-25. (b) (5) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse to update code language regarding required inspections of construction site erosion control.
- 9 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Single Family Residence District to the Residence District, allowing for the property to be used a duplex at 1909 Kane Street.
- 10 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Traditional Neighborhood District - General to the Traditional Neighborhood District - Specific, allowing for construction of a bakery, deli, and coffee shop with a second-story apartment at 1513 Market Street.
- 11 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Public and Semi-Public District to the Multiple Dwelling District, allowing for the building to be converted into apartments at 1307 16th St. S.
