- 2 Public hearings shall be limited to 30 minutes when there are opposing viewpoints from the public. In the absence of opposing viewpoints, public hearings are limited to 15 minutes. Individual speakers shall speak no more than three (3) minutes unless waived by the Chair or a majority of the committee. - 8 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Local Business and Commercial Districts to the Traditional Neighborhood District - General, allowing for the combination of parcels and construction of commercial and residential mixed-use buildings at 1822 State Road 16 and adjacent parcels at State Road 16.
- 9 A CHARTER ORDINANCE to create Section 19 of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse creating the position, duties and responsibilities of the Office of the City Administrator and removing duties from the Office of the Mayor.
- 10 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Local Business District to the Traditional Neighborhood Development District - Specific allowing for the construction of a commercial and residential mixed-use building at 413, 417, 423, 425 and 431 West Ave. N. and 1204 Badger St.

- 12 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Planned Development District - General to the Planned Development District - Specific, allowing for the construction of 14 single-family homes at 5917 River Run Road.
- 13 AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Single Family Residence District to the Residence District, allowing for the property to be converted to a duplex at 1027 6th Street S.
- 14 Resolution granting various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6, and/or 10 of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2024-2025 (May).

- 15 Resolution to support the designation of the Mississippi River Trail within the limits of the City of La Crosse.
- 16 Resolution to contest the WisDOT’s proposed modifications, including closure, of the existing public railroad crossings at Liberty Street/St. Cloud Street and Avon Street/Hagar Street.
